Automotive Instructor

Role Description This is a full-time, hybrid role based in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex, offering a combination of on-site responsibilities and work-from-home flexibility. The Automotive Instructor will design and deliver comprehensive instructional programs related to automotive technology and repair. Responsibilities include creating curriculum materials, leading training sessions, evaluating trainee progress, and staying current on advancements in automotive systems to ensure up-to-date teaching practices. The instructor will work closely with team members to meet the educational needs of the organization and its clients. Qualifications Expertise in Automotive Technology, Automotive Repair, and general knowledge of automotive systemsSkills in Curriculum Development for training programs related to automotive educationExperience in Teaching and leading training sessions in a professional settingExceptional communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently as well as collaborate within a teamFamiliarity with emerging automotive technologies and diagnostic toolsASE Certification or equivalent credentials, strongly preferredExperience in a corporate or technical training environment is a plusAssociate or Bachelor's degree in a technical field or relevant work experience in the automotive industry
