The role involves providing technical support, troubleshooting, and application support to end users on mobile devices. Help desk is open from 7:00am - 8:00pm Monday - Friday.Applicant must have flexible availability during those hours.QualificationsProven track record of outstanding customer serviceTechnical Support and Troubleshooting skillsExperience/Knowledge of mobile devices and mobile operating systems (iOS, android, etc.)Help Desk Support and Customer Support skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal abilitiesStrong problem-solving skillsDetail oriented and able to efficiently notate procedures and processes.
