We are also focused on creating opportunities through mindful support of local & global communities, and source only Organic, Sustainably Farmed, Fair Trade, Rainforest Alliance & Water Processed green coffee beans, produced with respect for the environment and farmers. * We are seeking passionate, hard-working team members who excel at customer service and love working with the public and as a team. Coffee managing and shift lead experience and full, flexible schedule is a plus!! * * Duties & Qualifications include operating and maintaining equipment and workstation while preparing espresso, espresso drinks, brewed coffee, cold brew, specialty tea, and blended drinks by following company recipes and preparation techniques. Must be dedicated to greeting customers with a friendly and outgoing attitude with the goal of giving customers a positive experience. We are looking for team members who are self motivated and results driven, have excellent time management skills and are willing to go the extra mile.
