Program Manager (Hybrid PM / Scrum Master)

OverviewWe are seeking a Program Manager to operate in a hybrid capacity across Project Management, Scrum Master responsibilities, and Program Management. This role is responsible for managing multiple projects while orchestrating outcomes aligned to broader program objectives.Key ResponsibilitiesManage multiple projects within a program framework to ensure alignment with overall program goalsPlan, implement, and maintain program and project schedules from inception through deliveryDefine and communicate program roadmap, status, development issues, and success metricsMonitor program and project performance, ensuring adherence to timelines and objectivesIdentify, assess, and track risks across projects and the overall programDrive continuous improvement across cost, performance, and delivery timelinesDevelop and manage program budgetsFacilitate communication and coordination across project teams and stakeholdersManage stakeholder engagement and ensure satisfaction throughout the program lifecycleMaintain awareness of trends, business conditions, and internal processes that may impact program deliveryRequired ExperienceExperience managing programs that include multiple concurrent projectsExperience with Cloud programsExperience with PI PlanningCore CompetenciesProgram and project planning and executionRisk identification and managementStakeholder communication and coordinationBudget managementContinuous improvement mindset
