The selected candidate will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and order of all public and common areas. Responsibilities:Clean and disinfect common areas of the condominium building. Maintain a clean and organized environment. Perform housekeeping duties, including vacuuming, polishing, and window washing. Maintain professionalism when working with supervisors and residents. Requirements:Immediate or near-immediate availability. Ability to speak, read, and write in Spanish. Must have valid U.S. work authorization and documents in order.
