You are the right hand to the Center Director and the go-to leader for teachers. This role blends people leadership, curriculum support, and day-to-day operations to ensure a high-quality experience for children, families, and staff.If you love early childhood education and know how to run a building, this role is for you.What You'll DoSupport the Center Director with daily operations including staffing, scheduling, enrollment support, and classroom coverageCoach, mentor, and develop Lead Teachers to strengthen performance and retentionEnsure strong, consistent implementation of the L.E.A.P.
