Platform Implementation Consultant We're looking for a hands-on Platform Implementation Consultant to help build, configure, and optimize the Brightidea platform for our clients.This is a technical, execution-focused role —ideal for someone who enjoys working directly in tools, solving problems quickly, and making systems run smoothly. You'll partner closely with our Innovation Consultants, taking on the platform work so they can focus on client strategy.This role is critical to how we scale. You'll be the person who keeps implementations moving, solves problems in real time, and helps our team deliver great outcomes for clients.Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Configure and maintain Brightidea environments (workflows, forms, system setup)Troubleshoot issues and implement fast, practical solutionsPerform QA and testing to ensure high-quality deliverySupport API integrations and data flows between systemsHandle front-end adjustments (formatting, layouts, content cleanup)Document solutions and create simple client trainingsPartner with consultants across multiple client projectsWhat you need to succeed:Experience in SaaS, Engineering, Solutions Engineering, Technical Support, or Implementation rolesThe ability and desire to improve process with AIComfortable with web basics (HTML, CSS, light JavaScript)Strong problem-solving skills and a "figure it out" mindsetExperience working with APIs or integrations (preferred)Detail-oriented with solid QA/testing instinctsAble to manage multiple tasks and move quicklyExposure to SaaS implementations or platform configurationExperience documenting processes or creating internal guidesCollaborative team player with a strong sense of ownership and accountabilityComfortable operating in ambiguity and fast-paced environmentsOur Team:Brightidea believes that everyone has the ability to make a difference and that a diverse team generates more innovation and bigger ideas.
