We are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented individual to help develop, manufacture, and improve innovative products using 3D printing and modern design software.This is an exciting opportunity to work in a growing business where your ideas and technical skills can directly impact product development and manufacturing operations.ResponsibilitiesCreate, modify, and optimize 3D models using CAD softwarePrepare and manage files for 3D printingOperate, monitor, and maintain 3D printersTroubleshoot print failures and improve print qualityAssist with product design, prototyping, and testingDocument manufacturing processes and proceduresMaintain production schedules and quality standardsOrganize digital files and design documentationResearch new materials, equipment, and manufacturing techniquesCollaborate with management on new product development projectsAssist with scaling prototypes into production-ready productsPreferred QualificationsExperience with Fusion 360, SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or similar CAD softwareExperience with FDM 3D printing (Bambu Labs experience is a plus)Understanding of manufacturing principles and quality controlStrong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilitiesMechanical aptitude and attention to detailAbility to work independently and manage multiple projectsExperience with additive manufacturing, engineering, machining, or product development is preferredBonus SkillsEngineering, manufacturing, or technical educationProduct design experienceCAM programming experienceCNC machining experienceLaser engraving or laser cutting experienceSmall business or startup experienceExperience documenting technical processes and proceduresWhat We're Looking ForThe ideal candidate is someone who enjoys building, creating, solving problems, and continuously improving processes.
