Apprentice Cabinet Maker

Love working with your hands and building things that last? We are a boutique custom workshop in downtown Winchester crafting bespoke kitchen cabinets, built-in bookcases, and fine furniture, and we're looking for our next apprentice.If you have a strong work ethic, an eye for detail, and a passion for woodworking, we’ll teach you the rest.The Role:Pay: $25.00 / hourHours: Part-time, hourly contract (flexible schedule)Growth: Real potential to transition into a full-time, lead craftsman role as your skills developWhat You'll Do:Learn the ins and outs of custom cabinetry, from raw lumber selection to final installationAssist with cutting, sanding, assembling, and finishing high-end bespoke piecesMaintain shop safety, organize tools, and prep materials for daily buildsWhat We’re Looking For: Experience: None required! (Prior woodworking, construction, or hand-tool experience is a plus)Close attention to detail and pride in quality craftsmanshipReliable, punctual, and eager to learn a lifelong tradeAbility to lift heavy materials and stand for extended periodsReady to learn a valuable trade and build incredible custom pieces?
