At the core of our operations are the strong relationships we cultivate with our clients, ensuring tailored and intelligent solutions delivered by our dedicated team.Job DescriptionAs a member of our experienced team, you will work directly with top private equity and hedge fund firms in the alternative asset industry. In this role, you will enhance our service delivery by assisting, performing, and reviewing various tasks:Support client leads managing multiple Private Equity funds across diverse sectors.Collaborate with your manager and team to ensure client expectations and deadlines are met efficiently.Leverage your understanding of limited partnership agreements for financial reporting, allocations, and compliance.Prepare and review critical financial tasks, including journal entries, fee and interest calculations, investor notices, and waterfall models.Manage audits, oversee year-end processes, assist in onboarding new team members, and propose operational efficiency improvements.What We OfferComprehensive benefits package promoting employee well-being and work-life balance.Generous paid time off, including 4 weeks of PTO that increases over time, along with sick leave and paid holidays.Health benefits encompassing medical, dental, vision, mental health support, and additional insurance options.Support for financial wellness through a 401(k) plan with company matching (subject to eligibility).Paid parental leave and flexible hybrid work schedule for personal and professional fulfillment.Salary ranges from $70,000 to $100,000, dependent on experience and location.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance with a minimum GPA of 3.0 and over 3 years of experience in Private Equity or a related field.Strong accounting knowledge and advanced skills in QuickBooks, Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and preferably Investran.Exceptional client service skills with effective, professional communication in all interactions.Able to work collaboratively within team settings, provide and accept constructive feedback, while managing multiple priorities and deadlines with precision.Willingness to work overtime when necessary and consistently produce high-quality work under pressure.Additional InformationOur Commitment to You and the EnvironmentSustainability is fundamental to our strategy and operations.
