If you have diesel experience, a strong work ethic, and a positive attitude—we want you on our team.What You'll Do:Inspect, diagnose, repair, and service heavy-duty trucks and trailersMaintain, operate, and prepare assigned equipment for safe useComplete and track Repair Orders, Work Orders, and Fleet InspectionsKeep detailed records of maintenance and repairs performedFollow all safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work areaRebuild and service vehicle systems and sub-assemblies as neededPerform preventative maintenance and special service tasksUse testing equipment to identify and troubleshoot issuesAdjust and test units after repair to ensure proper operationWhat We're Looking For:Diesel mechanic experience (required)Must have own tools and a willingness to grow and maintain a complete toolsetAbility to lift 50 lbs and work in outdoor conditionsKnowledge of diagnostic tools, systems, and computer-based loggingStrong attention to detail and ability to work independentlyWillingness to work a flexible schedule, including 6-day work weeksMust pass a pre-employment drug screeningMust have basic reading, writing, and math skillsCDL a plus, but not requiredSchedule:Full-timeFlexible hours, including weekendsBenefits:Competitive PayMedical, Dental, and Vision Insurance401(k) Retirement Plan + up to 4% matchPaid Sick Time, Vacation, and Holidays
