Automotive Technician

Job Summary We are seeking a skilled Automotive Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automotive maintenance and repair. This role requires a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service while ensuring that all automotive systems are functioning optimally. You will work in a fast-paced environment, collaborating with other mechanics and service personnel to provide high-quality service. This is a commission based role with a VERY competitive pay rate unlimited earning potential. You must provide your own tools. Duties Perform diagnostics and repairs on various automotive systems, including powertrain, steering and suspension, electrical systems, and ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance Systems). Conduct routine vehicle maintenance tasks and inspections. Align wheels and adjust suspension systems to manufacturer specifications. Communicate effectively with customers regarding vehicle issues and repair options. Maintain accurate records of services performed and parts used. Stay updated on the latest automotive technologies and repair techniques. Must have tools Skills Proficient in automotive vehicle repair and maintenance. Strong understanding of automotive electrical systems and powertrain components. At least 3 years experience required. Ability to align vehicles accurately using specialized equipment. Excellent customer service skills to effectively communicate with clients about their vehicle needs. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail in diagnosing issues. Ability to work collaboratively within a team setting while also being self-motivated.
