This senior, client-facing position is ideal for a strategic leader skilled at cultivating high-value client relationships and delivering advanced technology solutions to our financial institutions.In this role, the Client Partner will be responsible for expanding a robust portfolio of business, shaping client strategies, ensuring delivery excellence, and leading cross-functional teams across key accounts. The successful candidate will act as a trusted advisor and thought leader, offering deep industry expertise, advanced technical knowledge in AI and Data Management and proven solution-selling experience to support clients’ top business objectives.Key Responsibilities:Strategic Leadership & GrowthShape and close strategic deals across Data and AI solutions.Develop and execute account strategy aligned with business objectives.Drive incremental growth with a focus on expanding client relationships and solution footprint.Client and Relationship ManagementCultivate C-level and senior executive relationships; engage stakeholders across technology, operations, data, and digital teams.Utilize your deep industry knowledge, partner with your client(s) to help influence strategic direction and identify ways Mastech can help them achieve business objectives.Lead from the front through billable roles on active engagements such as client service lead, delivery lead, SME, engagement lead, or accountable executive.Mentor and inspire cross-functional teams to deliver impactful solutions.Collaborate with alliance partners (AWS, Microsoft, Snowflake, Databricks, etc.) to shape integrated offerings.Foster a culture of accountability, growth, and delivery excellence.Domain & Technical ExpertisePossess in-depth expertise in at least one of the following areas: Retail Banking, Commercial Banking, Credit Unions, Wealth/Asset Management, FintechsDemonstrate a strong understanding of industry market structure, including products, key players, technologies, industry trends, and applicable regulatory issues. For instance:Take an active role in complex discussions with professionals and senior executives about how Agentic AI can benefit banks, investment firms, insurance companies, asset managers, pension funds, regulatory bodies, and market utilities that provide essential data and analytics services to the financial services sector.Qualifications:10+ years in senior client-facing roles within IT consulting to the financial services industry.Proven success managing large portfolios and delivering complex transformation programs.Experience driving significant incremental growth (20M+).Strong executive presence and ability to influence senior stakeholders.Deep network and transferable relationships in Banking, Financial Services, Credit unions, and Fintech segmentsStrong track record of business development, revenue generation, and customer satisfactionStrategic mindset with a hands-on approach; willing to roll up sleeves to drive outcomesExperience in partner-led solutioning and co-selling with major cloud and tech providersStrong communication, negotiation, and team-building skillsPartner with practices and SMEs to co-create client-specific solutions across AI and Data.Provide oversight and governance across all sold/managed engagements. Operate a fiscally healthy industry sector including levers such as utilization, revenue, gross profit, and pipeline.
