Administrative Assistant

The Back Office Administrator supports internal operations by processing, organizing, and safeguarding a high volume of confidential documentation. This role requires exceptional attention to detail, discretion, and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast‑paced, compliance‑driven environment.•Key ResponsibilitiesProcess, review, and file high volumes of confidential documents with accuracy and timelinessMaintain organized electronic and physical filing systems in accordance with company policies and regulatory requirementsPerform data entry, document indexing, and records management with strict attention to detailHandle sensitive information discreetly, ensuring confidentiality and data security at all timesSupport internal departments with administrative tasks such as document preparation, scanning, archiving, and retrievalMonitor document workflows to ensure completeness, accuracy, and adherence to established proceduresIdentify discrepancies or missing information and follow up to resolve issues promptlyAssist with audits, compliance reviews, or records requests as neededAdhere to retention schedules and destruction protocols for sensitive materialsProvide general back‑office administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations Required QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree or relevant coursework preferred1+ years of administrative, back office, or office support experienceProven experience handling confidential or sensitive informationStrong attention to detail and accuracy in a high‑volume environmentProficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and document management systemsExcellent organizational and time management skillsAbility to follow detailed procedures and comply with policies and regulationsDependable, professional, and discreetTalentMatch®Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
