Automotive Technician / Mechanic - Chrysler Dodge Ram Stellantis Dealership

We're seeking all level automotive technicians with great problem solving skills! Our company is growing at a rapid rate, so we have a need for technicians of all levels at our Chrysler Dodge Ram store. The successful candidate will have a strong attention to detail, be able to multi-task and strong and possess a strong and honest work ethic with a continuous improvement mindset.Flat rate available.Job responsibilities:Communicates with customers to obtain descriptions of vehicle problems and to discuss present and/or future repair requirements.Test drives vehicles and tests components and systems utilizing equipment such as infrared engine analyzers, compression gauges and computerized diagnostic devices.Inspects vehicles for damage and records findings to ensure the necessary repairs can be made.Tests and adjusts repaired systems and equipment to meet manufacturer's performance specifications, ensuring proper and safe operation.Estimates the cost of service and repairs while reviewing work orders.Collaborates with other service team members and service manager to provide excellent service.Performs routine and scheduled maintenance services such as oil changes, lubrications and tune ups while utilizing checklists to ensure all proper components are examined.Able to recognize and safeguard PIPrepare or perform any other duties as assigned by supervisor.Compensation and Benefits:Competitive compensation packagesTwo weeks of paid time off to start, with paid holidaysComprehensive Health, Dental and Vision insurance plans401(K), Roth 401(K) and company matchEmployee discountsWhy work for us?We're a family owned company who for over 30 years has provided professional, honest and impeccable service to Massachusetts and our surrounding communities.
