Systems Engineer (MBSE)

Overview: A Systems Engineer with Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) experience is sought to support naval weapon systems, including the MK 160 Gun Computer System and Naval Fires Control Systems. This role involves analyzing complex technical assignments and supporting requirements validation, operational conceptualization, and developmental testing.Responsibilities:Utilize MBSE principles using Cameo Systems Modeler to develop system models and alternatives.Support integration testing, verification, and validation of software releases.Collaborate with engineers to identify optimal software solutions.Assist in requirements validation and impact analysis on system architecture.Contribute to operational conceptualization and developmental activities.Qualifications & Skills:Bachelor’s degree in engineering, scientific, or technical discipline.3-5 years of technical experience, familiarity with naval weapon systems preferred.Proficiency with MBSE methodology and Cameo Systems Modeler; intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills.Effective communication, strong interpersonal skills, and judgment.Ability to work independently or in teams; physical ability to lift, stand, and move as required.
