SAGE Dining Services is seeking reliable Cook- Campus dining at private college in the Boston in Brookline, MA overlooking the city. We provide continuous training to enable you to rise within our organization.A campus cook prepares food for students/staff, following recipes and safety standards, operating kitchen equipment, maintaining cleanliness, managing inventory/ordering, and sometimes supervising junior staff, focusing on consistent quality, presentation, and serving meals for daily operations and special events while adhering strictly to health codes and portion control.A campus prep cook prepares ingredients (washing, chopping, portioning), organizes workstations, maintains cleanliness and food safety, manages basic inventory/stocking, and assists chefs with simple cooking tasks, all to ensure smooth meal service for students, focusing on efficiency, following recipes, and adhering to health codes in a fast-paced environment, often part-time and flexibleTypical schedule is Monday- Friday 7am- 3 pm
