This on-site role supports residential properties located on Camp Pendleton, performing a side range of maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting tasks to ensure vacant homes remain safe, functional, and well- maintained. Key ResponsibilitiesPerform general residential maintenance, including basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and HVAC supportComplete work orders and service requests in a timely and professional manner Diagnose issues and determine effective repair solutions Conduct routine inspections to identify maintenance needsMaintain a clean, sage, and organized work environment Communicate clearly with supervisors, and team membersFollow all base-access protocols, safety policies, and regulatory requirements QualificationsKnowledge and experience in Equipment Maintenance and Industrial Maintenance practicesStrong multi-trade skills (carpentry, electrical, plumbing, appliances repair)Ability to work Independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently Skills in Preventive Maintenance to ensure equipment longevityStrong background in Maintenance & Repair across residential systemsExcellent problem-solving skills and attention to detailMust be able to lift, carry, and move equipment or materials as neededReliable transportation and basic personal tools Ability to pass background checks required for base access (if applicable)How to ApplyPlease submit your resume, contact information, and a brief summary of your maintenance experience at bcp@brookstoneconstruction-usa.comCandidates with military housing or base maintenance experience are strongly encouraged to apply.
