Job DutiesStart Date: 02/15/2026End Date: 12/15/2026Must apply by: 07/17/2026Hours 48 hours per week Monday - Saturday 8:00 A.M - 5:00 P.Merform duties on a farm for a farm like: Drive and operate harvesting machines or customcutting machinery to harvest a variety of grain and oil-seed crops from clients' farms. Adjustspeeds of cutters, blowers and conveyors, and weight of cutting head, using hand tools.Change cutting head as appropriate for crop. Drive trucks to haul crops, supplies, tools, or farmworkers. Service machinery and make incidental in-field repairs.Employer requires criminal background check post-hire at employers' expense due to the presence of children on the farm and expensive tools and equipment. Failure to pass drugscreen and/or criminal background check will result in termination of employment.Lift and carry items weighing up to 50 pounds. Workers must have positive verifiable experience relevant to the job andbe capable of performing physically demanding tasks. Workers must be able to speak English. Employees must adhere to strict biosecurity, company policies, and food safety guidelines, ensuringcompliance with health and safety regulations.Minimum Education RequiredNo High School Diploma or GED requiredMinimum Experience RequiredMinimum of 3 months of experience is required. Employer provides free housing for workers whose residence is beyond normal commuting distance. Employer pays inbound transportation and subsistence to work site upon 50% completion of work contract for workers whose residence is beyond normal commuting distance. Daily subsistence will be provided at a rate of at least $16.28 per day during travel to a maximum of $68.00 per day with receipts.
