Manager - Program Implementation

Overview In this role you lead the US Operations Programs team to implement and sustain critical operational and business programs across US Natural Gas. You partner with operations, safety, and technical services to drive safety, accountability, and operational excellence. You will map processes, champion cross-functional adoption of new programs, and manage risks and change to minimize disruption. This is a hands-on leadership role with a focus on measurable improvements and a strong safety culture.
