Senior Electrical Estimator

We pride ourselves on innovation, precision, and a collaborative team culture.Position OverviewWe are seeking a seasoned Senior Electrical Estimator to join our preconstruction team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience estimating large-scale commercial and/or data center projects and be highly proficient in Accubid software. This role is critical to our continued growth and success, offering the opportunity to work on marquee projects with top-tier clients.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the preparation of detailed electrical estimates for large commercial and data center projects.Analyze drawings, specifications, and other documentation to prepare comprehensive cost estimates.Utilize Accubid software to develop accurate takeoffs, pricing, and bid packages.Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and clients during the preconstruction phase.Evaluate subcontractor and vendor quotes to ensure competitive and complete pricing.Participate in bid reviews, value engineering, and scope clarification meetings.Maintain current knowledge of market conditions, labor rates, and material costs.Mentor junior estimators and contribute to continuous improvement of estimating processes.QualificationsMinimum 7+ years of electrical estimating experience, with a focus on large commercial and/or data center projects.Expert-level proficiency with Accubid estimating software.Strong understanding of electrical systems, codes, and construction practices.Ability to read and interpret complex blueprints and technical documents.Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.Proven track record of delivering accurate and competitive estimates under tight deadlines.Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field preferred.BenefitsVacation/PTOMedicalDentalVision401kBonusRelocation
