With professional-grade products and expert craftsmanship, we ensure our flooring solutions are long-lasting and easy to maintain.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role for an Epoxy Installer based in Bastrop County, TX. The primary responsibilities include preparing surfaces, applying epoxy coatings, ensuring accurate mixing and application, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment. Additional tasks may involve repairing or patching concrete, applying decorative finishes, and collaborating with team members to ensure client satisfaction. Adherence to safety standards and equipment maintenance is also expected.QualificationsExperience in surface preparation, epoxy application, and mixing materials accuratelyProficiency with tools and equipment used in concrete coating and installationKnowledge of safety practices and a commitment to maintaining a safe worksiteAbility to work in physically demanding environments, including standing for extended periods, lifting heavy materials, and working outdoorsStrong attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality finishesEffective communication and teamwork skillsPunctuality and reliability in maintaining work schedulesPrevious experience in concrete or epoxy installation is a strong assetHigh school diploma or equivalent is preferredValid driver’s license and reliable transportationIf you have Epoxy specific experience or significant experience in either painting or other flooring work, we would love to hear from you!
