What we offer: Full time and Part time employees are eligible for: · 50% off on a Monthly Trimet HOP Pass For employees · Free Parking · Team Member discount on IHG hotels worldwide, car rentals, and more. · Flexible schedule · Front-load PTO hours · Opportunity for growth · Medical and dental benefits for qualified Full-Time Team Members Restaurant Responsibilities: Knows timing and preparations of all food and beverage items Maintains good service times Performs opening and closing duties Takes orders, rings them in correctly and delivers in a timely fashion Complete check out for all tickets and payment received at end of shift Bus and reset tables Fold napkins Ensures that station is set up in an orderly and timely fashion Banquet Responsibilities: Preparation of banquet facilities and the serving of customers. Reviews banquet event orders for schedule of daily functions(s). Complete all necessary sidework to include filling and stocking salt/pepper shakers and separating linen. Prepares banquet room(s) for assigned function(s). Performs prioritization of the basic needs of assigned function(s). Prepare, deliver, and refresh coffee stations as assigned. Qualifications: Possession of, or ability to obtain, a valid Oregon Food Handler’s Card and OLCC Permit. Must be 18 years or older.
