Role Description This is a full-time on-site role located in Detroit, MI, for a Laborer at RGS Construction LLC. The Laborer will perform a variety of tasks, including site preparation, material handling, assisting skilled trades professionals, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment. Responsibilities may also include operating hand and power tools, cleaning and organizing equipment, and ensuring compliance with company safety policies and procedures. Qualifications Experience with site preparation, material handling, and general labor tasksFamiliarity with operating hand and power toolsKnowledge of workplace safety practices and complianceAbility to lift and carry heavy materials, maintain physical stamina, and work in various weather conditionsStrong teamwork skills and ability to communicate effectively within a teamHigh school diploma or equivalent is preferred, but not requiredPrevious construction or labor experience is a plusCommitment to punctuality and dependability
