Role Description RAM Partners is seeking a full-time, on-site Technician to join our team in Fort Lauderdale, FL. The Technician will be responsible for maintaining and improving the physical condition of multi-family communities. Day-to-day tasks include performing routine maintenance, addressing resident service requests, troubleshooting and repairing apartment systems, and assisting with community upkeep. The Technician will work closely with the property management team to ensure the community remains safe, functional, and appealing for residents. Qualifications Proficiency in performing general maintenance tasks such as plumbing, electrical work, HVAC repairs, and appliance servicing.Experience in identifying, diagnosing, and resolving technical and mechanical issues efficiently.Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot systems quickly and effectively.Strong communication and customer service skills to interact positively with residents and team members.Organizational and time management skills to prioritize and complete tasks in a timely manner.Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical certifications or training in maintenance fields is a plus.Prior experience in property management or multi-family housing maintenance is preferred but not mandatory.Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
