We are seeking a candidate with a background in recreational or creative arts to assist with engaging clients in a therapeutic day treatment setting. The ideal applicant will have a passion for working with individuals with mental health and/or substance abuse disorders.Responsibilities include:Maintain an active caseload in our Partial Care program, providing group counseling.Performing timely medical records documentation including weekly progress notes and treatment plans.Work as a part of our Multidisciplinary Team providing direct care to patients.Activity Planning & Facilitation: Implementing therapeutic activities like art, music, dance, drama, sports, and games.Requirements:* Bachelors or Masters degree in mental health/counseling related field.* Experience working with mental health & substance abuse populations.* Creative Arts or Recreational Arts background.* Excellent time management & organizational skills.* Strong communication and engagement skills.Competitive salary and benefits package including:3 weeks paid VacationPaid Sick & Personal time7 Paid holidaysHealth, Dental & Vision InsuranceLife insuranceGenerous employer sponsored retirement planEmployee discountsFlexible Weekday Schedule
