We are currently hiring for an experienced Lead position with Barista experience or Kitchen experience. This is a part-time or full-time position, or two separate positions. We are currently open 7-2 Monday through Saturday, and the position would be no more than 5 days per week including weekends.). This role offers both part-time and full-time opportunities, with hours from 7 am to 2 pm, Monday through Saturday. Responsibilities: Provide excellent customer service in a welcoming manner Prepare and serve high-quality coffee beverages as a skilled barista Assist in food preparation and service as needed Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front of house or back of house areas Support team collaboration to ensure smooth daily operations Adapt to various roles within the café to meet staffing needs Qualifications: Previous experience as a barista or line cook preferred Strong communication and teamwork skills Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Passion for community service and inclusive employment Reliable with a positive attitude and attention to detail Job Type: Full-time Benefits: Employee discount Work Location: In person
