Brand Ambassadors are the face of ZAAF—engaging with customers, sharing the brand story, and delivering an exceptional shopping experience that inspires loyalty and drives sales.Key ResponsibilitiesWelcome and engage customers with warmth, professionalism, and cultural storytelling.Educate shoppers on ZAAF’s mission, craftsmanship, and product details to create meaningful connections.Drive sales by providing tailored recommendations and ensuring an exceptional customer experience.Maintain shop standards, including cleanliness, merchandising, and product presentation.Operate the POS system accurately for sales, returns, and exchanges.Support inventory management, restocking, and reporting when needed.Represent ZAAF with passion and professionalism at all times.QualificationsOutgoing and approachable personality; enjoys engaging with diverse customers.Strong communication and storytelling skills.Passion for fashion, culture, design, and ethical craftsmanship.Previous retail or customer service experience preferred.Reliable, punctual, and trustworthy with the ability to work independently.Previous retail experience is a must.
