Job Title: Manager, Digital Marketing & StrategyLocation: Burbank, CA (Hybrid – 3 days onsite)Duration: 1 year (possible extension/conversion)Pay: $47/hour (W2, no benefits)Travel: Up to 5% Overview: Seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to support cross-franchise campaigns across digital, social, CRM, and partner channels. This role involves campaign planning, performance tracking, stakeholder coordination, and marketing operations in a fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities:Manage marketing intake processes and campaign planningCoordinate cross-functional teams and partner activitiesBuild decks, reports, and campaign frameworksTrack performance and deliver actionable insightsSupport workflows, reporting, and operational tasksRequirements:6+ years in digital marketing & campaign managementStrong presentation, reporting, and stakeholder management skillsExperience with social, email, and cross-channel campaignsAbility to manage multiple projects and prioritiesPreferred:Experience with project management tools (e.g., Airtable)Background in entertainment/mediaStrong analytical and communication skillsEducation: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
