Shift: 1 st - Shift (6 AM – 3PM)Pay: $20.50 Shift Differential (X 1.5 Overtime)Role OverviewAs a Cylinder Dock Operator, you are the engine that keeps our production running smoothly. This isn’t just a "warehouse job"—it’s a technical role requiring precision and ownership. You will bridge the gap between routine maintenance and complex mechanical overhauls, ensuring every cylinder that leaves the dock meets the highest safety standards.We are looking for a self-motivated professional who thrives in the steady rhythm of cylinder production and takes pride in maintaining a world-class shop environment.Key ResponsibilitiesPrecision Technical Execution: Perform rigorous inspections and multi-stage cleaning of grill cylinders. You ensure every unit is "retail-ready" and compliant with DOT/Safety standards.Supply Chain Stewardship: Act as the shop’s primary inventory monitor. You’ll proactively track parts, seals, and cleaning agents, ensuring the team never hits a bottleneck due to preventable shortages.Operational Autonomy: Manage your assigned production flow independently. Once the shift goals are set, you own the process from start to finish.Advanced Collaboration: Partner with Lead Technicians on specialized equipment calibrations and high-level mechanical repairs, gaining the skills necessary for advancement.Safety Leadership: Maintain a spotless workspace and strictly enforce PPE protocols for pressurized gas handling.Qualifications & RequirementsExperience: 1–3 years of experience in mechanical assembly, industrial maintenance, or high-volume warehouse operations.Technical Aptitude: Comfortable working with hand tools, pressure gauges, and pneumatic equipment.The "First Shift" Mindset: Reliable, punctual, and capable of maintaining high energy through the end of the shift.Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and remain active on your feet in a fast-paced industrial environment.Safety First: A "zero-compromise" attitude toward safety procedures and chemical handling.Why Join the Team?Career Pathing: We prioritize internal promotions.
