HVAC Journeyman Technician

We are hiring full-time technicians for Southern Indiana. A State Journeyman License is required. We are looking for individuals interested in advancing their careers and joining the Local 502 Union or current 502 Union members. Our customer base is strictly commercial, serving major convenience store chains across three states. This is a full-time position that involves service work at multiple locations. There is some travel, but no overnight work. Technicians dispatch directly from home to each service location. A company van, tools, and fuel card, a Phone are provided. Responsibilities Perform routine preventative maintenance on HVAC and refrigeration equipment. Install new HVAC systems and related components. Inspect equipment, perform repairs, and replace necessary parts. Service and maintain refrigeration systems including walk-in coolers, freezers, ice machines, and beverage equipment. Qualifications Current HVAC Journeyman License 2–5th year apprentices encouraged to apply. Universal EPA license required. Minimum of 2 years of HVAC service or installation experience. Valid driver’s license and clean driving record. Ability to handle a physical workload and work independently or as part of a team.
