Informatica Technical Lead (IICS)

Job Summary:The Informatica IIS Technical Lead is responsible for designing and implementing data integration solutions using Informatica Intelligent Cloud Services (IICS). This role ensures adherence to best practices and optimal performance throughout the project lifecycle. The ideal candidate will lead a team, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure compliance with data governance standards.Responsibilities:Design, develop, and implement Informatica mappings, workflows, and taskflowsTranslate source‑to‑target mappings and functional specifications into technical Informatica solutionsDevelop SCD (Type 1 / Type 2) and fact/dimension loading processesBuild scalable and reusable ETL components following best practicesLead and mentor junior team members on mapping tasks, task flows, debugging, and performance optimization.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements, technical specifications, and deliverables for data integration projects.Ensure compliance with data governance standards and implement security measures for data integration processes.Configure encryption, authentication protocols, and optimize task-level parameters for memory utilization and data flow performance.Mandatory Skills:Informatica Intelligent Cloud Services (IICS)Strong ETL and Data Warehousing fundamentalsAdvanced Informatica transformationsSQL & RDBMSUNIX / Linux shell scriptingBatch scheduling tools (Autosys / Control‑M / Tivoli)Performance tuning and optimizationData governance and compliance standardsPreferred Skills:Experience with cloud-based data solutionsKnowledge of data security protocolsFamiliarity with Agile methodologiesStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication and collaboration abilitiesQualifications:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
