I’m currently partnering with a leading global financial services organization to hire an TEMP HR Consultant into their New York City team. This is an excellent opportunity to join a highly respected, large-scale institution operating across North America, Europe, and Asia, supporting a diverse client base spanning investment banking, asset management, and capital markets.The firm is known for its strong analytical culture, investment in technology, and a people-first approach to driving business performance. This role sits within a high-impact HR function that works closely with senior leadership on strategic initiatives.The RoleAs an HR Consultant, you’ll play a key role in turning people data into meaningful insights that influence business decisions. You’ll partner with HR Business Partners and leadership to support workforce planning, talent strategy, and organizational effectiveness.
