We want someone who aspires to more than just holding a license—someone dedicated to building a lasting career grounded in expert knowledge and exceptional client service.ResponsibilitiesGraduate from PLACE LaunchExecute PLACE lead generations systems weeklyConsult with buyers, convert with signed buyer agreements and identify homesNegotiate offers on behalf of your sellers and buyersTrack tasks and activities in PLACE TechnologyConduct two open houses monthlyConvert prospecting and lead generation activities to appointmentsParticipate in weekly script practice per team standardsParticipate in team activities per team standardsCommit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, weekly trainings and Partner CallConsult with sellers, convert to listings and market homeDemonstrate expertise on pricing strategies, staging and other listing related servicesQualificationsYou are an intrinsically motivated sales professional with a competitive spirit. You are excellent at building rapport, listening to the needs of others and identifying solutions. Prospecting and lead generation are your strength zones. Overcoming objections comes naturally.
