Job DescriptionCodeworks, an LRS company, is seeking a Software Engineer for a Contract opportunity. This role help design, build, and support software applications that power our healthcare solutions. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create scalable and reliable systems that contribute to improving care delivery.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and maintain software applications and systemsCollaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutionsWrite clean, maintainable, and well-documented codeTest, troubleshoot, and resolve software issues to ensure reliability and performanceContribute to ongoing improvements in development practices and processesStay informed on emerging technologies and industry trends QualificationsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience3+ years of experience in software developmentExperience with one or more programming languages such as Java, Python, or C++Strong analytical and problem-solving skillsEffective communication and collaboration skillsExperience working in an Agile environment is a plusThe base range for this contract position is $40.00 - $50.00 per hour, depending on experience. The range displayed reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hires of this position across all U.S. locations.
