The position is based in Miami and is tailored for a hands-on professional ready to progressively become a key technical and strategic extension of the firm's leadership team in the U.S. market.What makes this opportunity unique:Opportunity to become a key technical and strategic leader within a growing U.S. infrastructure advisory platform, progressively acting as a trusted extension of the firm's leadership team in the U.S. marketDirect exposure to major P3 / DBFOM pursuits and high-profile transportation infrastructure projects, working closely with developers, concessionaires, contractors, designers, and public agenciesHigh level of autonomy, visibility, and influence within a dynamic and entrepreneurial advisory environment, with the opportunity to help shape the firm's long-term design and technical advisory capabilities in the United StatesKey responsibilities include:Lead and coordinate the development of conceptual designs, technical solutions, and Alternative Technical Concepts (ATCs) for major highway P3 / DBFOM projects across the United StatesCoordinate multidisciplinary engineering teams, SPVs, CJVs, technical advisors, and major project stakeholders to ensure alignment between design, construction, operations, commercial objectives, and project requirementsLead technical workshops, technical one-on-one meetings, executive presentations, and stakeholder coordination sessions to support strategic project objectives and effective decision-makingLead design optimization and Value Engineering initiatives to improve constructability, efficiency, technical performance, and overall project valueMonitor the progression of design deliverables and technical submissions against project schedules and milestones, while identifying technical risks and supporting mitigation strategies throughout proposal and development phasesEducation and Experience:Minimum of ten years of progressive engineering and project management experience in large transportation infrastructure projects.Bachelor's degree in civil engineering from an accredited institutionProfessional Engineer (P.E.) license required, including the ability to obtain additional state licenses as needed to support project pursuits and assignmentsExperience with major highway P3 / DBFOM project environments in the U.S. marketStrong background in bid and final design development, including leading and managing multidisciplinary technical teamsExperience participating in DOT pursuits, proposal development, and Alternative Technical Concept (ATC) processesProfile:Strong communication, stakeholder management, and multidisciplinary coordination capabilities within complex infrastructure environmentsEntrepreneurial, hands-on mindset with the flexibility, responsiveness, and autonomy required in a growing advisory platformAbility to operate effectively in fast-paced pursuit and project environments with evolving priorities and deadlinesStrong technical judgment and ability to bridge design, construction, commercial, and delivery considerationsConfidence interacting with senior project teams, clients, contractors, designers, concessionaires, and public agenciesWillingness and availability to travel regularly across the United StatesBased in Miami or willing to relocateLocation: Miami, FLThe role is expected to be primarily based in Miami, with approximately 30%-40% travel within the United States, including attendance at project offices, DOT meetings, consortium meetings, technical workshops, and infrastructure pursuits.
