Agility Partners is seeking a qualified Python Developer to fill an open position with a leader in vehicle glass repair and replacement that is continuing to invest heavily in modern technology to better serve their customers and partners.This is an exciting opportunity to build a brand-new, highly visible B2B collaboration platform from the ground up using modern technologies like Python and FastAPI. You’ll work on a greenfield initiative with meaningful impact at scale, collaborating across engineering and business teams in a fast-paced environment. Ideal for developers who thrive in agile teams and enjoy building innovative solutions from scratch.Responsibilities:Build and maintain scalable APIs using Python and FastAPI for a modern B2B web applicationCollaborate with frontend engineers, business analysts, and QA to deliver end-to-end featuresDevelop and support data integration and synchronization across legacy and modern platformsParticipate in design discussions, technical decisions, and agile delivery processesQualifications:3+ years of hands-on Python development experience with a focus on API developmentExperience with FastAPI or similar modern Python frameworksStrong background in data integration and system synchronizationProven ability to work effectively in small, collaborative, fast-paced teamsNice to have: experience with AWS or other cloud platforms, greenfield development, and modern frontend/API-first design
