Description:Specialty Sales Representative supports the growth of our IVIG (Intravenous Immunoglobulin) & biologics therapy services in the Northern California, Oregon, Washington region. This position is exclusively focused on Immune Globulin & Biologics sales and is ideal for a self-motivated, knowledgeable professional with a strong background in the specialty infusion market and a proventrack record of success in IVIG sales.Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to marketing for specialty products and services concerning but not limited to:o Neuromuscular Neurology (IVIG, SCIG etc.),o Rheumatologyo Dermatologyo Allergy Immunologyo Gastroenterology• In your capacity as an Account Manager, you may be required by your supervisor to work closely with others within the Organization for planning, collaboration, training, optimal performance, or other professional purposes.• Maintain customer relations for all targeted clients.• Cultivate new referral sources through prospecting and cold calling.• Implement creative promotional sales campaigns and target marketing planning to increase market visibility for the Organization.• Develop collaborative working relationships with all pharmaceutical counterparts and their respective therapeutic classes.• Collaborate with the internal organization's operations personnel on a regular basis to ensure a proper flow of information between clients, accounts, and the pharmacy.• Execute all target sales and marketing plans and strategies with appropriate attention to detail and timely follow-up.• Other duties as assigned.Find out more about the daily tasks, overall responsibilities, and required experience for this opportunity by scrolling down now.Requirements:Required Qualifications• Minimum 3 years of direct IVIG sales experience.• Established relationships with prescribers and referral sources in the region.• Strong understanding of IVIG administration, reimbursement, and patient journey.• Demonstrated ability to drive territory growth and meet/exceed sales targets.• Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills.• Self-starter who can work independently and manage a remote field-based role.• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Strong team player mentality.Education and Experience Requirements• Existing book of business in the region.• 5+ years of specialty pharmacy or home infusion sales experience.• Bachelor's degree (preferred but not required).Physical Requirements The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
