Senior C# OpCenter Developer (Remote)

For our client, we are seeking a Senior C# Opcenter Developer (remote) to join the team of a leader in the Aerospace & Defense space. This role will turn data into practical insight that improves visibility, decision-making, and business performance. You will partner with business, technical, and operational stakeholders to build reporting, surface trends, and translate analysis into action. The position offers the opportunity to strengthen data-driven execution and help teams focus on the metrics that matter most within a Aerospace & Defense environment.Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship availableCompensation: $132,400 – $251,600 annuallyResponsibilities Design and build Opcenter customizations and extensions following best practices Develop operator-facing experiences in Mendix and backend logic in C# /.NET Own the integration layer between Teamcenter and Opcenter, ensuring efficient data flow Architect integration for minimal network traffic and latency Mentor the offshore development team and raise technical standards Manage the CI/CD pipeline for MES customizations Collaborate with stakeholders to validate the digital thread end-to-endQualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field with 10+ years of experience; or an Advanced Degree with 7+ years of experience Hands-on Siemens Opcenter Execution experience in customization and extensions Proficiency in Mendix for low-code application development Strong C# /.NET skills for server-side development and integration services Experience with REST/OData for systems integration and synchronization Proven ownership of CI/CD processes and pipelines Technical leadership skills, including mentoring and code reviewsBenefits Medical, dental, and vision insurance Life and disability insurance 401(k) matching program Flexible work schedules and remote work options Employee assistance program and Employee Scholar Program Parental leave and paid time off Holidays and potential incentive compensation programsOur client is an equal opportunity employer.
