Activities Coordinator (Part-Time) StoneBridge Village, a beautiful gated golf community in Branson West, is looking for an enthusiastic and creative Activities Coordinator to help bring our community together through fun events, social gatherings, and resident programs. This is a great opportunity for a retiree or semi-retired individual who enjoys organizing events, meeting people, and creating opportunities for neighbors to connect. What You'll Do Plan and organize social activities, events, and programs for community residents. Help coordinate clubs, hobby groups, and social gatherings. Encourage resident participation and help create a welcoming, engaging environment. Work with residents to gather ideas for activities and new programs. Assist with seasonal events, holiday celebrations, and special gatherings. Take photos at community events and help promote upcoming activities. Coordinate with clubhouse staff to schedule meeting spaces. Maintain activity supplies and ensure spaces are returned to their original setup after events. What We're Looking For Someone who enjoys working with people, especially adults and seniors. Friendly, outgoing personality with strong communication skills. Organized and able to manage multiple activities and schedules. Creative and able to bring new ideas for events and community programs. Comfortable using basic computer programs (Word, Excel, Canva, etc.). Self-motivated and able to work independently. Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.
