This is for corporate owned position at the Gus's World Famous Fried Chicken The AGM position plays a key role in the success of the restaurant. The ideal candidate will be a leader with a proven track record of managing teams and driving sales. Responsibilities: · Assisting the GM in overseeing daily operations, including food preparation, service, and cleanliness · Managing and training team members to ensure excellent customer service and maintain high standards of quality. · Developing and implementing strategies to increase sales and profitability. · Monitoring inventory levels and ordering supplies as needed. · Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies · Handling customer complaints and resolving issues to ensure customer satisfaction. · Assisting with scheduling and payroll management · Performing other duties as assigned by the general manager. The ideal candidate will have: · A minimum of 3 years of experience in a leadership position in the restaurant industry. · Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. · A passion for customer service and a commitment to excellence · Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities. · Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
