Focused on innovation with purpose, FieldTurf is helping Change the Game for athletes and facility owners.The Coating Supervisor directs and manages coating operations with overall responsibilities for safety, production, maintenance, quality, and other production-related activities. The ideal candidate thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment and is committed to quality, safety, and continuous improvement. This role is based out of the Calhoun, GA Office and will be reporting to the Coating Manager. The shift will be 7p-7a Monday through Thursday.FieldTurf is part of Tarkett Sports. Help us build the next world-class venue.What you’ll do:Drive production, review processing schedules and production orders to make decisions concerning inventory requirements, staffing requirements and duty assignments, considering budgetary limitations and time constraints.Drive operational excellence and profitability incorporating best practices.Guide and develop hourly crew leaders and hourly production associates.Review plans and collaborate with engineering and quality to develop new product processes.Ensure coating operations and precise controls are maintained.Implement cost effective systems.Adhere to budget ensuring that materials, labor, and equipment are used efficiently to meet production targetsProvide leadership and training to accomplish the company goals and objectivesIncorporate shop floor organization and plant cleanliness among plant personnelProvide direction, development and leadership in a high functioning and quick paced environment.Prepare and maintain production reports daily, personnel records and employee disciplinary actionsAttend meetings with a professional demeanor and able to give production reports as needed.What you need for success:Bachelor of Science Degree or Business-related field, preferred but not required3-5 years of related work experienceInterpersonal skills and time management skillsProficient in Microsoft Office ApplicationsMust possess strong verbal and written communication skillsMust have proven leadership skillsWhat you can expect:A culture built on teamwork, respect, and entrepreneurial spiritLeadership that invests in your growth and career developmentOpportunities to take on new challenges, cross-train, and expand your skillsetRecognition and rewards for your contributions and achievementsA fast-paced, sports-driven environment where your work makes an impactSounds like your kind of team?If you’re ready to bring your passion and talent to a company that champions your future, we want to hear from you.
