As An Individual Contributor, Typically Performs Project Services for multiple projects that have a strategic impact on multiple, non-related functional or organisational disciplines. Deploys new and innovative techniques to solve integrated project services issues. Coordinates activities within own area of expertise and coaches less experienced colleagues on complex activities. Frequent exposure to / interaction with very senior levels of business leadership – EC-1 and EC-2. Works within boundaries of Shell’s organisational strategy, and develops new project services policies & procedures on clearly defined topics.
