The Operations Lead will oversee daily operations, including managing inventory, coordinating production schedules, and ensuring product quality standards are met. This role also involves supervising teams, streamlining workflows for improved efficiency, managing vendor relationships, and ensuring compliance with safety and health regulations. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in optimizing processes and supporting the success of the company's operations.QualificationsOperations management and organizational skills, with experience in managing production processes and inventoryLeadership and team supervision abilities to foster collaboration and ensure productivityStrong communication and collaboration skills for vendor management and internal/external stakeholder coordinationFamiliarity with health, safety, and quality compliance standards in food productionProblem-solving and process optimization skills to enhance operational efficiencyProficiency in relevant software or tools for inventory and schedule managementPrior experience in food production or a related field is a strong advantageBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Supply Chain, or a relevant field preferred but not required
