Implementation Supervisor II

Our client, a leader in the technology and services industry, is seeking an Implementation Supervisor II to join their team. As an Implementation Supervisor II, you will be part of the Project Management and Implementation Department supporting cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, which will align successfully in the organization.Job Title: Implementation Supervisor IILocation: Louisville, KYWhat's the Job?Support mid to large-scale projects for Helix Migration, including single and multi-site implementations involving multiple products and services. Analyze customer solutions and actively participate in successful solution migrations, ensuring customer and company needs are met. Develop implementation models for each project, including deployment planning, scheduling, communication, and user acceptance training. Manage cross-functional implementation teams, providing ongoing analysis of project plans, outcomes, lessons learned, and post-implementation audits. Travel to domestic locations to support account migrations, with potential for international travel based on project requirements. What's Needed?Proficiency in project management practices and tools. Experience managing multiple projects or workstreams simultaneously. Strong communication and team leadership skills.
