Applicants must demonstrate familiarity with medical insurance processes, referral procedures, and patient benefit plans. Strong communication skills and the ability to understand and respond to detailed written and verbal instructions are required. Previous experience working as a Patient Service Representative is preferred, along with knowledge of medical terminology. Experience with electronic health record systems such as CS-Link or EPIC is also preferred.
