This role partners closely with HR Operations, Finance, leadership, brokers, carriers, and employees to support payroll accuracy, benefits administration, compliance processes, and operational efficiency within a growing multi-site organization.The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, collaborative, and comfortable operating within a fast-paced and hands-on environment while supporting both payroll and employee benefits operations.RESPONSIBILITIES: Payroll AdministrationProcess and support accurate and timely payroll administration for employees across multiple locations and entitiesReview payroll data for accuracy including employee status changes, deductions, benefit elections, garnishments, PTO balances, and payroll adjustmentsPartner with HR Operations regarding employee data management, onboarding/offboarding updates, payroll workflows, and payroll-related system updatesAssist with payroll audits, reconciliations, payroll reporting, and payroll compliance activitiesSupport payroll tax compliance activities including quarterly and year-end payroll processing, reporting, reconciliations, and related filingsCoordinate and support 401 (k) administration activities including payroll deductions, contribution reporting, file transmissions, vendor coordination, and employee supportSupport employment and wage verification requests in accordance with company procedures and compliance requirementsSupport employee inquiries related to payroll, pay statements, deductions, direct deposits, and payroll processingMaintain payroll records and documentation in accordance with company policies and compliance requirementsBenefits Administration & Leave SupportSupport benefits administration processes including employee enrollments, qualifying life events, benefits deductions, and carrier coordinationAssist employees with benefit-related questions and provide support regarding enrollment processes and benefit resourcesPartner with brokers, carriers, and vendors to support benefits administration and operational issue resolutionSupport open enrollment coordination activities including employee communications, system updates, and enrollment processingSupport leave administration coordination including FMLA, ADA, leave tracking, compliance documentation, and employee leave communications in partnership with HR Operations and HR leadershipAssist with benefits audits, reporting, and operational support activities related to employee benefits programsSupport ACA administration and reporting activities including eligibility tracking, employee measurement monitoring, reporting coordination, and related compliance supportHR Operations & Collaboration Collaborate closely with HR Operations to support employee lifecycle processes, compliance activities, and operational workflowsSupport payroll and benefits-related reporting, audits, and data accuracy initiativesMaintain confidentiality of employee payroll, benefits, and personnel informationDemonstrate a hands-on and collaborative approach to supporting payroll, benefits, and HR operational initiatives within a growing organizationMINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: High school diploma required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred5+ years of payroll, benefits, HR administration, or related operational experienceExperience processing payroll and supporting payroll administration activitiesExperience supporting payroll tax filings, quarterly/year-end payroll processing, and 401(k) administration activitiesExperience supporting benefits administration and employee benefits processesFamiliarity with payroll systems, HRIS platforms, and Microsoft Office applicationsStrong attention to detail, organizational skills, and problem-solving abilitiesAbility to manage sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretionStrong communication and customer service skillsExperience supporting multi-site operations preferred NICE TO HAVES: UKG Ready experienceExperience within healthcare, dental, or multi-site service organizationsExperience supporting leave administration processes including FMLA and ADA coordinationBenefits administration and carrier/vendor coordination experienceExperience supporting payroll audits, reconciliations, and reportingExperience working within fast-paced or high-growth organizationsExperience supporting HR operational processes and employee lifecycle administrationBENEFITS:Flexible working arrangement Medical Insurance with optional Health Savings Account with Employer Seed.Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401(k) with portion of Co Match.
