leader to oversee and strengthen operations across our three Rhode Island clinic locations.This is a senior leadership opportunity for an experienced operator who thrives on building structure, improving performance, creating operational consistency, and helping multi-site healthcare operations scale effectively.Reporting directly to the CEO, the Program Administrator serves as the operational leader for Alee RI, partnering closely with Clinical Leadership to ensure our clinicians have the systems, support, staffing, and operational infrastructure needed to provide exceptional care to children and families.This role is ideal for a strong operational professional who wants meaningful ownership, executive visibility, and the ability to influence systems, workflows, and organizational performance.Position OverviewThe Program Administrator oversees day-to-day operations across all Rhode Island clinic locations and serves as the primary operational liaison between clinics and shared services departments including HR, Recruiting, Finance, Billing, Compliance, and Marketing.No BCBA or clinical license is required.What You’ll Own Operational LeadershipLead daily operations across three Rhode Island ABA clinic locationsEnsure consistency across scheduling, intake, staffing coordination, parent communication, and administrative workflowsBuild and improve operational systems, processes, and performance standardsIdentify operational inefficiencies and implement scalable solutionsHelp foster a high-performance operational culture focused on responsiveness, professionalism, and executionCensus, Utilization & PerformanceOwn operational KPIs including census growth, utilization, staffing efficiency, client starts/discharges, and operational readinessMonitor weekly operating metrics and performance indicatorsPartner with Recruiting, Intake, Billing, and Clinical Leadership to improve clinic capacity and operational performanceSupport sustainable growth while maintaining quality and compliance standardsTeam Leadership & Operational OversightSupervise administrative and operational staff across all RI clinicsPartner with HR on employee relations, coaching, corrective action, retention, and performance managementEstablish clear expectations around communication, follow-through, professionalism, and operational executionEnsure operational issues and performance concerns are addressed proactively and professionallyProcess, Compliance & InfrastructureEnsure operational compliance with internal policies, payer requirements, documentation timelines, and credentialing standardsMaintain organized workflows, trackers, reporting systems, and operational oversightSupport operational readiness for audits, credentialing reviews, and quality initiativesPartner closely with Clinical Leadership while allowing clinicians to remain focused on patient care and treatment qualityExecutive & Cross-Functional PartnershipServe as the operational bridge between clinic operations and executive leadershipCoordinate closely with HR, Finance, Billing, Recruiting, Compliance, Marketing, and shared services teamsHelp drive operational alignment, communication, and execution across departmentsContribute to the continued growth and operational development of Alee RIQualificationsBachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, Operations, Education Management, or related field requiredMaster’s degree preferredMinimum 5 years of leadership or management experience in:HealthcareBehavioral healthEducationMulti-site service operationsDemonstrated success improving operational performance, utilization, staffing efficiency, census growth, or service delivery metricsExperience managing clinic operations, staffing, utilization, census, or operational performance preferredStrong leadership presence and comfort managing performance conversations and operational challengesStrong operational, systems, and data orientation with comfort using healthcare and operational technology platformsHighly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced
