Environmental and Social Specialist

A company is looking for an Environmental and Social Management System and Gender Equity Specialist. Key Responsibilities Co-manage program execution, including workplans and stakeholder coordination Lead annual report preparation on ESMS/GE systems and develop training materials Collaborate with stakeholders to promote tool adoption and best practices implementation Required Qualifications Master's degree in business, environmental or social sciences, economics, sustainability, or related fields 6+ years of experience in environmental and social due diligence and program management Experience in ESG/sustainability consulting or development finance preferred Familiarity with sustainability guidelines and frameworks such as IFC Performance Standards Experience in the design and implementation of Environmental & Social Management Systems
