Downstream production including LFD lamination and component production including LFD pads, as well as LFD comb assembly, LFD strip cutting, and/or finished goods packaging and inspection.Responsibilities IncludeCoordinate across departments for the smooth flow of goods both internally and to external customersSupport of production processes including comb assembly, cutting, labeling, packaging, inspection, nitro mount, full lamination, pouching of plates, vialing buffers, and washing laboratory glasswareHand assembly of strips into multi-test “combs”, and packaging “combs” in protective foil pouchesOperation and cleaning of automated and semi-automated production equipment in assembly areasInspection of materials in process and the removal of substandard material; may review another Technician's workMeticulous and timely documentation of lot and part numbers, inventory and quality assurance records on SOPsAssembly, labeling, and packaging/kitting of components and finished goods.Maintaining and organizing products and supplies in the warehouse, production coolers, and shipping/receiving areasLabel printing for strips, combs and work in processData and job entry into ERP system and maintaining finished goods inventory in adherence to our MRS systemFollowing established safe work practices and working in a safe manner, following EnviroLogix safety policies and procedures, and for reporting any unsafe or hazardous condition to their supervisor or the Environmental, Health, and Safety department for corrective actionSkills RequiredSelf-motivated; must be able to work effectively as a member of a team as well as in an independent roleExcellent attention to detail and be able to set a high standard for quality, including using SOPs, documenting results and basic mathShould be able to multi-task and work well under pressureSolid working knowledge of computers and Microsoft office applicationsAbility to communicate effectively, work smoothly with a team, and cooperate with and support co-workersMust maintain a clean and organized work area, including replenishing suppliesMust be flexible to adapt to fast paced work environment with changing priorities, including extra shift work and possible weekend hoursAbility to provide training to other technicians on non-technical processes and proceduresRequirementsHigh school diploma or equivalentBasic working knowledge across multiple processes and procedures within the Operations and Production teamsEnviroLogix is an Equal Opportunity Employer (EOE).
